I think it's okay when it does not have a girls side.Example if it has a boys baseball team and not a girl baseball team, the girls should join if they want to.Thats not gonna be fair is they are going to have a boys baseball team but not a girls baseball team, so the girl should join the boys and call it a girl boy team.

I think when it's okay when the boys thinks its okay and they can play the thing thats girls are playing.Because the boys don't play some sports that girls play they might think it's girly or too girly maybe even if your a boy and you want to play a girly game the other boys might call you a sissy or other thing that are not very nice.
